One of the most popular affiliate programs out there is LinkShare Corporation
. Most people don’t even realize that they’re clicking on a LinkShare link much of the time simply because they’re so ubiquitous, and many, many websites out there earn income by referring people to online stores that have affiliate programs through LinkShare. It’s a great way to earn a little extra income, especially if you set up a site like FatWallet using their links. (Note that I do not actually know if FatWallet uses them, but I wouldn’t be surprised and it would be a great way to do it.)

I don’t think you’ll be displeased. You can easily run affiliate programs alongside the regular contextual advertising from AdSense and whatnot.
