Make Money with Prosper!
I’ve been using Prosper since February 16, 2006, which was soon after the site was started. I signed up early on as a lender, put in some money, and have since just watched the interest and principal payments come in.
The site is the first one in the USA that uses p2p lending. People who need to borrow a little cash put up listings. Then, other people who happen to have cash bid on the interest rates for these listings. Those who offer the best rates get a chance to lend and make money, and everybody gets to skip the middleman of a bank.
It’s a very cool, unique concept, and it offers competitive rates for both borrowers and lenders. Even better, they now have an almost two-year-long track record to prove that it works. Prosper currently reports borrower rates as low as 7.70% APR and average lender returns of 9.49-12.81%!
